Wobbly Wednesday - Raspberry and Mango Margaritas



Happy Cinco De Mayo! Since we can't celebrate together, here is a recipe to make for those in your bubble to sip and enjoy. Here is a recipe from Baker by Nature.


W H A T Y O U N E E D


For raspberry margaritas:

  • 1 1/2 cups of raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/3 cup of lime juice

  • 3/4 cup of tequila

  • 1/4 raspberry liqueur (such as chambord)

  • 2 heaping cups of ice

  • 1 tablespoon of confetioners sugar (optional)

For mango margaritas:

  • 1 1/2 cups of mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/3 cup of lime juice

  • 3/4 cup of tequila

  • 1/4 cup triple sec

  • 2 heaping cups of ice

  • 1 tablespoon of confetioners sugar (optional)

Combine ingredients for the raspberry margaritas into a blender and pusle until smooth. Repeat with the ingredients for mango margaritas. Once smooth, fill each glass with half of the raspberry mix and half of the mango mix. Enjoy!
