Wobbly Wednesday... Harbour High Tea

This week for Wobbly Wednesday is a throwback to a drink recipe my friend Jen came up with while boating with her family. She calls it "Harbour High Tea" and she assures me that it's just as tasty and refreshing as it sounds!

Harbour High Tea

What you need:

• beer (regular lager is great)

• Sanpellegrino Limonata

• ice

• mint and lemon wedges to garnish

What you gotta do:

Pour equal parts beer and limonata over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and some mint and enjoy!
