Dream it up and we’ll help make it a reality! We love meaningful details, beautiful vignettes, and curated spaces throughout an event space. Working with talented vendors across the Island, we source quality rentals and products to make your event shine.

ORGANIZATION
We anchor our creative process in a robust project management framework that ensures no detail is missed, from polishing feature glassware to ensuring all candle wicks are up before showtime. Everywhere and nowhere at once, we work discreetly to keep your event running smoothly.

Event Planning Since 2009
Blue Lily Event Planning was founded by lifelong Vancouver Island local Tammy Hann after a rewarding career in corporate marketing and fundraising
A passion for building campaigns and designing impactful events propelled her to create her own business. As a Girl Guide leader for over 25 years, creating joyful experiences for all ages is in her blood.
As Tam likes to say, life is made up of many tiny but wonderful moments, and finding beauty in the unexpected is what makes life magical. After years spent building an incredible team and planning some truly life-changing events, running Blue Lily Event Planning is a dream come true.
